Al was terrific, and he made me aware of the necessary repairs immediately, so I was able to authorize the 40,000.00 mile service, new rear brakes and rotors, a wheel alignment, and 4 brand new tires moun repairs immediately, so I was able to authorize the 40,000.00 mile service, new rear brakes and rotors, a wheel alignment, and 4 brand new tires mounted and speed balanced. He placed two technicians on the job, and I received the car in less than 4 hours. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional, and I greatly appreciated it. More
