I appreciate Al making me aware of the Audi care package. My car was serviced in a timely fashion and I was updated with a video while the technician was in progress. One area to work on for this dealership is the complimentary car wash. They must dry the car if the wash it so there are no water spots. Not a big deal but just an area to work on. More
