They worked with Audi of America to find a loophole out of a warranty we had on the car part saying “it’s the way the part failed”. After paying a $3000 repair, I got the car back with two new problems. W of a warranty we had on the car part saying “it’s the way the part failed”. I live in Manhattan NY and i drive 1. 5 hours to Danbury to service my car because I trust the workmanship there. I can go to Audi of Brooklyn but, after one really bad experience there I 5 hours to Danbury to service my car because I trust the workmanship there.
