Having carefully researched reviews for 2014 vehicles, my conclusions from multiple sources led me to the Audi A6 sedan - a new make for me. Further research and reviews led me to Deana Berube at Danbury Audi. Being female, I thought how unique it might be to work with a female salesperson. Fortunately, my research efforts were not in vain. Thanks to Deana and the Danbury Audi team, I am now the owner of a 2014 A6. From the first call to Deana, to the initial no hard sell meeting with test drives, color and options viewed, I was confident in my decision to purchase a vehicle not yet on the premises. Delivery expectations were thoroughly explained by Business Manager, Jeff Regensberger. I was happily surprised when Deana called to inform me that my vehicle had arrived earlier than expected. In all my prior vehicle purchases, a delivery has NEVER been so thorough with Deana making me feel as if I was the most important client ever! None of the typically experienced interruptions to take calls, etc. ever occurred. We sat in my vehicle for all the time needed to explain every single detail and nuance. Paperwork was ready and again explained in detail by Deana and Jeff. Follow up calls and e-mails from Deana have occurred reflecting genuine caring as to my satisfaction as well as giving me the opportunity to follow up with questions at any time. I look forward to seeing the Service Department in action knowing that they, too, will epitomize the same care and concern for me and my new purchase that Deana and Jeff so professionally demonstrated. I walked in to the dealership to check out the car I saw online. I interacted with Deana over the email about the car. I was greated very nicely and even the Car was kept ready for a test drive. She is a professional with an established knowledge of her field and is extremely attentive to her client. As testimony to that point, I had not even considered an A5, I was looking at the A7 and A6. Her assessment of my preferences, needs and lifestyle led her to astutely suggest the A5- and she was right on target! This was more than a sale for her, it was the development of a relationship which, as a customer, I value. Investing in a high end automobile is a thoughtful process. My preference is to align myself with a company that not only shares my values, but equally engages sale's professionals like Janet Chan, to be an extension of their brand with the capacity to meet the expectations of the Audi client. We have had many friends who own an Audi and decided to consider this car with their encouragement. So we went to Danbury Audi. We felt relaxed and comfortable in the showroom and we were given space and time to discuss our feelings without pressure. Once we decided on the model and features we wanted, Mr. Miller efficiently completed the paperwork needed. We were given a very reasonable lease price for the car. When we arrived for delivery, our car was ready. Mr. Miller explained the car's features and answered our questions in a clear and concise way. He has an amazing knowledge about the Audi car and we felt comfortable working with him. All in all, the Danbury experience was great!
