Mark Ward was the salesman that I met up with and was very friendly and knowledgeable and funny, as when i picked up my car I brought some friends with me and he joked with them and also make them feel very comfortable. So in conclusion I would highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a new Audi, and if you are talk to Mark Ward and he will hook you up with the best deal. I look forward to my future visits to this dealership for my upcoming services for my S5. I always was informed by both my friend and the dealer that is a very highly rated and knowledgeable service center. When we walked thru the shop while picking up my new car the shop was very clean, so to me that is a good sign that it is a well organized shop. More

Peter Molony my salesman was (is) great in dealing with the customer. He kept me informed through out the process. Now, I was not the easiest person for the banks to approve me, and this is where Jenn Brown the Business Manager was great! She worked very hard to get me approved, especially after an initial bump in the road. She was very pleasant and explained the process very well. Her efforts got me the approval, which I'm very grateful for. So, needless to say the experience at Danbury Audi (pre-owned) was the best I've had with dealers. Usually, in the past going to other dealerships it was not a pleasant experience, but Danbury Audi is definitely TOP NOTCH! More

In terms of appearance, location, and inventory, Danbury Audi is head and shoulders above the other dealerships we visited in Connecticut. It is also obviously extremely well-managed, and the staff--particularly sales representative Alex Cornier--couldn't have been more knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and determined to put us in the vehicle that best suited our needs. In this particular case, it was a gorgeous monsoon gray Audi 5 Cabriolet convertible. Even the most dreaded aspect of purchasing a new car--the paperwork--was essentially painless thanks to Business Manager Jim Ceccarelli, a seasoned pro at getting things done fast and efficiently. When we purchase our next car, we will be heading straight to Danbury Audi. More
My wife and I went to Danbury Audi after a recommendation from one of my co-workers. We were interested in an Audi Q5. The recommended salesperson was off that day (2/28/14) but we decided to go there anyway from one of my co-workers. We were interested in an Audi Q5. The recommended salesperson was off that day (2/28/14) but we decided to go there anyway, because there was a great lease deal on the Q5 which was to expire on 2/28. When I called I was connected to George Triant who accommodated us with very short notice of couple of hours. He was so friendly and very professional at the same time. We did not feel any pressure as he took so much time to explain the car, took us on a test drive and once we were back, went through the whole inventory to find the one we liked. He answered all our questions in great detail and even asked if we had more. We had the choice of waiting for 6-8 weeks for the car which had the exact features we wanted or to pick up one in the inventory which was very similar. Obviously we went for the one which was available. The price negotiations lasted only for few minutes (we did our home work at Edmonds.com before going to the dealership and had a good idea about the True market value of the car. The price we were offered was a bit above that but was very reasonable) Both of us hate bargaining and this was one of the best parts of our experience. Yesterday we went back, met George who went through all the features of the car once again, more thorough this time, paired both of our I phones with the car, took us on another ride. He offered even to come to our house to help set up the garage door opener if we had trouble with that. It was such a pleasure to work with him. We have gone through buying 3 new cars before this, all of which were uneasy and somewhat intimidating experiences and this was such a refreshing difference. We love our Audi Q5 which is one day old and look forward to few years of a pleasurable driving experience. We highly recommend Danbury Audi and George Triant is the person to go to. Everyone seems to care about your needs and concerns. when I went to look at the S4 I already had an order made for a BMW M235i. I really just wanted to see what the difference was between the cars but I ended up just buying an S4 one right off the lot because I really liked the whole buying process here. Jon answered all the questions I had and made sure I was making the right decision. Everyone I dealt with during the buying process were very helpful and professional. I will defiantly be coming back for another Audi in the future and would be happy to give my business to Jonathan Mero at Danbury Audi. More
