This is not critique of Gabriel but to those who are responsible for cleaning vehicles. Loaner car was horribly dirty inside. Never experienced this at an Audi dealership before. My car was also only half washed which was kind of weird. Not something one expects at a premier dealership. Otherwise everything else was great! :) More

My headlight went out, which was a time-sensitive repair given the time of year and the diminishing daylight. The service department was able to fit me in without an appointment and let me drop the car off given the time of year and the diminishing daylight. The service department was able to fit me in without an appointment and let me drop the car off and gave me a ride to my office and picked me up with the work was completed. Dash was very helpful and clear in his communications about cost and timing of the headlight replacement. And, as always, the video from the technician that I received via text and email was above and beyond in terms of transparency of the process. More
