Management truly values customer service Recently purchased an Audi Q5 from this dealer, despite having another Audi dealer much closer to home. Salesperson slipped up towards the end of the transaction. Left a truly bad taste for our experience. However Sales Manager, Paul Salcuni stepped in and made things right. Paul's words and actions left no doubt that Danbury Audi values their customers.
