The Service Consultant makes a difference I have generally been happy with the quality and timeliness of the repairs and service here-- the actual work done on my cars. But I have had a miserably bad experience with one of the service advisors who consistently and persistently failed to keep me advised, failed to return phone calls multiple times and was generally rude. Once I got smart and asked to be reassigned to a different service advisor (why did I wait so long?), things improved markedly. And David Guertin exemplifies the type of timely service response that one looks for and hopes to get always. More

When I leave the dealership I feel like I have been taken care of, not advantage of. I really do enjoy the car buying experience with Janet, which is not the industry standard. They managed my trade-in (A4) with a very fair value and kept my A5 running superbly. When the new A5 was released for sale, I brought my 2011 in and worked with Janet Chin in Sales. She "gets it" and managed the details like a pro. I had the black metallic in mind with a well-defined roster of options, which would have involved a long wait and special order. She checked inventory and suggested that I consider the "Moonlight Blue metallic" (in stock), which had all the options I sought (plus upgraded audio), because she said it is so close to black in appearance. I am glad she did -- it's more interesting that the black I had in mind. She worked out a good deal and the financing package has a great rate. I live in Norwalk, CT, and there are 2 Audi dealers that are closer but I'm a confirmed Danbury Audi believer. More
