Unethical Service Department While great for small jobs and very convenient, the ethics in the Audi Danbury service department is horrendous. I had an Audi that I had been complai While great for small jobs and very convenient, the ethics in the Audi Danbury service department is horrendous. I had an Audi that I had been complaining about burning oil for months just prior to my warranty expiring. They could find no issue. At the next visit, after having to put in a quart after less than 1,000 miles since the last quart, I was told I needed a piston job that would cost $5200. They knew this was a problem and if I had been informed that they need to meticulously track and document oil consumption in order to try to get this covered, I would have done that rather than just calling. I spoke to Corporate Audi, who spoke to the service manager and it went around in circles and I am left holding the bag. If I could give them less than one star I would. I considered a lawyer, but the cost of that would add up quickly. My only option, which I will take when the car can't be pushed along with frequent oil, is to ruin my credit by stopping payment on the loan and letting them repossess it. Watch them, they are snakes. More

Janet is friendly, honest, very professional and informative. She is genuinely interested in meeting her customers' needs and in establishing a long-term relationship with them. When she talks to you she treats you with dignity and explains everything thoroughly. She is, in short, the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. The A4's incredible electronics can be quite intimidating, and Janet took plenty of time to carefully explain how to use them during and following a lengthy test drive. The sale was totally stress-free, and Janet followed up with phone calls and emails to inquire as to whether we had any questions she could help us with. She invited us to come back for a review in a few weeks so as to be absolutely sure we understood and were comfortable with every aspect of our A4. Janet is a pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend her to anyone interested in an Audi. More

First of many Audis with Janet Following more than 20 years as a BMW client, and being disappointed in the brand’s latest offerings, it was time to look elsewhere. Janet’s contact w Following more than 20 years as a BMW client, and being disappointed in the brand’s latest offerings, it was time to look elsewhere. Janet’s contact was shared by a neighbor whose family has been Janet’s clients for years. Our initial phone contact impressed me as Janet was genuinely interested in my needs, lifestyle, and expectations. Well, not only did she locate the perfect A4 allroad, Janet proactively provided the perfect price and lease terms by email - extremely convenient as my office is in NYC and visiting a dealership during the week is almost impossible. This morning my husband and I headed to Audi of Danbury to finally meet Janet, sign lease documentation and take the A4 allroad home. Her energy is contagious and her patience explaining all of the A4 allroad’s features much appreciated. We will be in the market again in a few months and will definitely be giving Janet a call!
