I always have a great experience when I take my car to get serviced. The free car washes are also a huge bonus. The service is fast and the team is always professional and friendly. It appeared that he was the only one working that day. Not only were his regular customers there it appeared that new customers were being referred to him as well. I think there needs to be more help. I saw other advisors around that did not appear as busy. I just don't think it's fair to have Marvin running around and others not so much. I can say that although it was crazy busy Marvin handled every customer with ease. I am usually not a person to complain much but my service took a really long time. I was there for 3 hours. Again, this may have been because it was a Saturday and Saturdays are generally busy but that was unacceptable. Again, maybe there should have been more staff. More

I immediately started to hear a loud ticking noise. At first I thought it was a flat until I looked closely and noticed the screw with the washer still attached. Of course, I was in complete disarray. My brand new car that I haven’t had a week already needs a new tire. I called Brandon Hunter in the Audi Dallas Service Department and explained what happened. Without hesitation, he chuckled with me in my moment of animation and said bring it in and let us take a look. I went in and the tire was changed without a cost.
