Over the past few years I have taken my car to two of the other three Audi dealers in the DFW metro area, and I was so underwhelmed with each of them that I started taking my car to Christian Bros. But my gu other three Audi dealers in the DFW metro area, and I was so underwhelmed with each of them that I started taking my car to Christian Bros. But my gut told me not to trust them with whatever was going on with my car this time, so I decided to give Audi Dallas a try, and I am so glad I did. I was impressed from the first moment when I called to ask if I could bring my car in. Then Josh Jordan was assigned as my service advisor, and I have been so grateful for him. He has been nothing short of fabulous and wonderful. He has gone above and beyond to make a difficult situation as easy on me as he can. If I was asked to rate Josh on a scale of 1 to 10 I would hike him a 100. I have also been impressed with the service technician and his very thorough video explanations of what’s going on with my car. The final test will be if they fix my car so it stays fixed and I don’t have to come back in a few weeks or months for the sane issue. Until then, good job, Audi Dallas. You have good people who understand how to give great service. More
