I took my car in on 10/11/2022 to get the 5 year prepaid service. I also paid for a tire rotation. When I got home I noticed the tires were not rotated (I could tell by a chip in one of the tires and that service. I also paid for a tire rotation. When I got home I noticed the tires were not rotated (I could tell by a chip in one of the tires and that tire was in the same spot). I called and it took me 3 hours to finally get a hold of Marvin. He confirmed that the tires were not rotated on one side. Marvin said they only rotated one side. How this happens is beyond me. I have asked for a manager to call me on the text survey I was asked to do and a manager has not called me. I also asked Marvin for a refund on the tire rotation and he said that would happen. It is two weeks later and I still have not received the refund. The previous four times I took my car in I received a Multi-Point Inspection form. I did not receive one this time which makes me question if anything was done to my car. More
