Audi Dallas - Service Center

I am very grateful for the incredible customer service at Audi Dallas. My car had been "fixed" twice at an auto shop, but still had an error light, so I brought it in for one last sanity check. I was not cha Audi Dallas. My car had been "fixed" twice at an auto shop, but still had an error light, so I brought it in for one last sanity check. I was not charged and was given peace of mind from the technician. They also washed my car and vacuumed for free as I had gotten it detailed after the first fix, and it got dusty again when I had to take it back for the second. I was also shuttled to and from work by Alto while my car was being fixed. I received text updates from Rob throughout the day and was able to pick up my car before close. After what my poor car had been through and all of the money spent, I'm so appreciative that my experience at Audi Dallas was so wonderful! More
