My experience with Audi Dallas has always been wonderful !.. I have been a client since I moved here from Atlanta in 2007....Jordan is a godsend :)...he always takes good care of me and explains what is goi !.. Jordan has been my service advisor for over 2 years and I have had an awesome experience. With all my previous cars at other dealerships I never really trusted the service that was recommended, however, Jor have had an awesome experience. He tells me what is in my best interest to do for my car. He isn't pushy and he is extremely friendly and nice. His customer service is AWESOME, he has stayed late so that I could pick my car up after work, he calls me to update me on the progress of my car.
