The entire process was so easy and seamless. When I arrived to take possession of the vehicle the entire team was welcoming and treated us like family. Financing was easy, and state of the art with the document signing board. We never felt pressured or the "sales pitch" you receive in many dealerships. The car is perfect and we are even considering future Audi purchases which we would only do at Audi Dallas with Dusty.
