Several of the staff members made sure we were well taken care of. Though they are a high end Audi dealer in Dallas mostly catering to wealthier individuals they were very polite and not intimidating (I was there to buy a $16k Honda Pilot). There were no surprises from Mike my salesman, everything was exactly as he described. Would recommend shopping here for anyone! More

From the outset, I told Adam I had very limited allotted time to be at the dealership. Once I made the decision the rest of the transaction was very fast. However, when I needed to slow down and ask questions, Adam was more than happy to answer all of them. They were not hurrying me, I was hurrying them. Everything worked out as planned and I'm very happy with the experience. There were closer Audi dealerships, but Audi Dallas had a much larger selection of pre owned vehicles, so I drove there.
