Short, simple, hassle-free transaction After months of research and deliberation, I arrived at Dallas Audi knowing exactly what I wanted and what the price should be. Terrible service department! Sales process is pretty good, but service department is the worst you will find. Called to schedule a service appointment and first available was 2 w Sales process is pretty good, but service department is the worst you will find. Called to schedule a service appointment and first available was 2 weeks out. Took it in and 5.5 weeks later I got it back! All they did in that time was software updates and camera calibration because of a replaced windshield. I had some other things on the list, but they couldn't figure out how to fix them. When they finally returned it, they left 5 miles of gas in it, no car wash, and when we touched the rear view mirror, it dropped and dangled by the wires. I escalated to service manager and general manager, but got no response. Opened a case with Audi corporate too. It was a mess. Not a customer oriented place. More
