Terrible customer service. I have owned audi's for years and have always had excellent customer service. Under this dealerships old ownership, I called for a service appointment I have owned audi's for years and have always had excellent customer service. Under this dealerships old ownership, I called for a service appointment and was fit into the schedule, with a loaner vehicle, within the week. Since automation has taken over, it takes me FOUR weeks to get a service appointment scheduled with a loaner. Unacceptable. And this happens every time. I would discourage anyone from purchasing a car from them - you do not want to be stuck with their service department. More

Marvin contact me close to the end of my day to see if I need a ride back to the dealership and there was a rental for me. But, I had already made arrangements to be picked up. The morning of picking up my car, Marvin called while we were on the way. He said he would have the car brought out and paperwork ready. All, I had to do was go to the cashier's window, show the paperwork to the Service deck and retrieved my car. No added stress on my part. More
