My experience at Plaza was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Before going to Plaza I shopped around a competitors dealership and the sales people where very rude and unhelpful and I felt experiences I have had. Before going to Plaza I shopped around a competitors dealership and the sales people where very rude and unhelpful and I felt like they thought I was just wasting their time. As soon as showing up to Plaza I was greeted and felt welcome. The first salesman had an appointment so he passed me along to Tracy and I'm glad he did. He asked me what I was looking for, how much I was wanting to spend and immediently took me out to see what the dealership had to offer. The car I was interested in initionally had been sold but once we went inside and spoke to the sales manager he told me he would cut me quite the deal on a different and much nicer car so away we went. I came back the next afternoon and signed the papers and drove off the lot in my new Audi. Thanks You Tracy and Plaza More

I am warning people do not deal with Plaza Motors! I have been a long time Plaza Motors customers and refuse to go back. I had a run in with the used manager, Bob. I guess he was new because I have never see been a long time Plaza Motors customers and refuse to go back. I had a run in with the used manager, Bob. I guess he was new because I have never seen him before and I hope I never see him again. There was not enough sales people so I was stuck with this idiot. He didn't want to answer my questions, he was rude, and told me that he was not "sales person" so he couldn't help me with pricing or trade in value. After exchanging words, Bob told me to leave. Yes, he actually had the nerve to kick me out of the dealership. I am still in shock at how I was treated. Unless you feel like being treated like garbage. Do not go to Plaza Motors. I will be telling all my friends about my experience. More
