We had visited another dealership that showed us 2 A4 , but not equipped with accessories that we wanted on our vehicle. We contacted Whitney online with our requirements and she promptly set up an appointment. Plaza had exactly what we wanted , worked with us on price as much as possible. The entire buying experience was painless and simple. Whitney went over all operations with us to make our transition to the new vehicle. My only problem is when I noticed a scratched rim. Service promptly fixed the scratches. I would highly recommend Plaza Audi.. More

This is only the second time in my life that I bought a car from a dealer ( all others I bought privat ) I am a difficult customer in regards of price and the usual tactics so oftenr used by regular car de car from a dealer ( all others I bought privat ) I am a difficult customer in regards of price and the usual tactics so oftenr used by regular car dealers. This horsetrading stuff turns me off so bad that I have been know to walk away when just another hidden cost appeared during the buyin process. What a difference at Plaza Porsche, Jeff did an outstanding job and it was a pleasure to go through the rituals and tribulations of buying a used Porsche. Well done Plaza indeed. I also usually take the numberplate holders stamped with the dealer name off the car immedeately ( after all I dont get paid to run advertising) but in this case due to Jeffs outstanding friendly and professional service I will keep them on the car. I worked with Roren for about 2-3 weeks to find the best car for me at a lease price I could afford. Purchased a 2013 Porsche Boxster S from Plaza Porsche and could not be more pleased with the experience. The biggest driver of my high satisfaction is the salesman, Joe Krick. Joe is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with! He is extremely knowledgeable about every Porsche model, every option, and even offers great advice on color combinations and styling. Joe is extremely friendly and accommodating - he is never the one who finishes a conversation, he's done talking when you are. My recent experience with sales people at other dealers and other brands in the area has been more like, "I don't know, go check the website yourself." Joe is the complete opposite of that. He personally test drives all of the Porsche models and their direct competitors so he is able to provide informed and accurate advice. If you are in the market for a Porsche, Audi, or Jaguar I definitely recommend you stop by Plaza Motors. More
This was my first time visiting a St Louis area Audi service center since I moved here this summer. Making the appointment was very frustrating. I entered the service request through the online servic service center since I moved here this summer. Making the appointment was very frustrating. I entered the service request through the online service appointment request. I then received numerous calls from the sales department, but I never received a call from the Service department. I finally called and was able to make the appointment that I needed. Getting to the Audi service department was difficult - the signage was very small and not easy to see. Once I was there, everything s great. I had the first appointment at 7 am, and they open exactly on time. Mr. Silvey took great care of me. I was there for routine maintenance service, but when an additional issue was found, Mr. Silvey took time to explain the issue to me. And I was offered a loaner vehicle without even asking for one, which was very much appreciated. Other than the issue with trying to make the appointment, my experience was good - at least as good as other Audi service centers I have been to, and better than the last one I used! More
When I purchased the car, it needed to be detailed and some minor scratches needed to be removed. I was orginally told that my car would be done by Tuesday of the next week. When next week came, my car some minor scratches needed to be removed. I was orginally told that my car would be done by Tuesday of the next week. When next week came, my car was not done and no one attempted to call me to give me an update. I called 4 times receiving only one return call. I was told that the "touch up" guy was on vacation and that was the hold up but they said I should come pick up the car and bring it back to get the scractches out. But that is a big inconvenience for me. I asked for a loaner car and the sales person said he would check into it for me but never returned my call. At this point I still don't have my car (Going into the 2nd week), nor do I have a loaner. I expected far better service from Plaza, especially since I've been going to Plaza Infiniti for the last 4 years and I've had great success with them as far as customer service is concerned. More
I was on the road returning to Tampa when a small problem with my 2004 A4 became more pronounced and troublesome. Having lived in St. Louis previously, I knew of Plaza Motors and stopped there to have the p with my 2004 A4 became more pronounced and troublesome. Having lived in St. Louis previously, I knew of Plaza Motors and stopped there to have the problem diagnosed. They fit me in, gave me a diagnosis and estimate and I chose to have it repaired. They gave me a free rental car to use while the car was being repaired even though I was not under warranty. The repair was supposed to take 2 days because they had to order the part. Unfortunately after the repairs and a test drive, the technician determined the repairs did not alleviate the problem. He had to undo what was done and investigate further. When the actual problem was uncovered, they fixed that. Now here's the kicker: Plaza Motors did not call me and tell me the repairs would be more expensive than the original estimate like a typical dealer would, nor did they charge me for the more expensive repair, nor did they charge me for the extra time the technician put into the repairs. Rickey was apologetic for the delay and Plaza Motors paid my insurance charges for the rental car I had for the entire time I had the car. A customer at Plaza Motors can expect to be treated honestly, fairly, and respectfully. What more could a person want? More
