This was my first time visiting a St Louis area Audi service center since I moved here this summer. Making the appointment was very frustrating. I entered the service request through the online service appointment request. I then received numerous calls from the sales department, but I never received a call from the Service department. I finally called and was able to make the appointment that I needed. Getting to the Audi service department was difficult - the signage was very small and not easy to see. Once I was there, everything s great. I had the first appointment at 7 am, and they open exactly on time. Mr. Silvey took great care of me. I was there for routine maintenance service, but when an additional issue was found, Mr. Silvey took time to explain the issue to me. And I was offered a loaner vehicle without even asking for one, which was very much appreciated. Other than the issue with trying to make the appointment, my experience was good - at least as good as other Audi service centers I have been to, and better than the last one I used! More
When I purchased the car, it needed to be detailed and some minor scratches needed to be removed. I was orginally told that my car would be done by Tuesday of the next week. When next week came, my car some minor scratches needed to be removed. I was orginally told that my car would be done by Tuesday of the next week. When next week came, my car was not done and no one attempted to call me to give me an update. I called 4 times receiving only one return call. I was told that the "touch up" guy was on vacation and that was the hold up but they said I should come pick up the car and bring it back to get the scractches out. But that is a big inconvenience for me. I asked for a loaner car and the sales person said he would check into it for me but never returned my call. At this point I still don't have my car (Going into the 2nd week), nor do I have a loaner. I expected far better service from Plaza, especially since I've been going to Plaza Infiniti for the last 4 years and I've had great success with them as far as customer service is concerned. More
I was on the road returning to Tampa when a small problem with my 2004 A4 became more pronounced and troublesome. Having lived in St. Louis previously, I knew of Plaza Motors and stopped there to have the p with my 2004 A4 became more pronounced and troublesome. Having lived in St. Louis previously, I knew of Plaza Motors and stopped there to have the problem diagnosed. They fit me in, gave me a diagnosis and estimate and I chose to have it repaired. They gave me a free rental car to use while the car was being repaired even though I was not under warranty. The repair was supposed to take 2 days because they had to order the part. Unfortunately after the repairs and a test drive, the technician determined the repairs did not alleviate the problem. He had to undo what was done and investigate further. When the actual problem was uncovered, they fixed that. Now here's the kicker: Plaza Motors did not call me and tell me the repairs would be more expensive than the original estimate like a typical dealer would, nor did they charge me for the more expensive repair, nor did they charge me for the extra time the technician put into the repairs. Rickey was apologetic for the delay and Plaza Motors paid my insurance charges for the rental car I had for the entire time I had the car. A customer at Plaza Motors can expect to be treated honestly, fairly, and respectfully. What more could a person want? More

I was in the market for a new Audi S5 and had been to a few Audi dealerships in the Saint Louis area, and Plaza was by far the best Dealership I had been to. Their Sales Team was by far the best, and under few Audi dealerships in the Saint Louis area, and Plaza was by far the best Dealership I had been to. Their Sales Team was by far the best, and understanding and met all my needs. I had been searching for a new S5 for about 2 months and they had kept in touch with me quite a bit to let me know when a new one was coming in never forgetting about when I had originally came in inquiring about one. Shaun Jones, was very pleasant, and very helpful each and every time we spoke over the phone and every time I came in and always answered all my questions I had. Fred Smith was also very helpful in every way possible with assisting me purchasing my car and answered any questions I had. The sales team there are all very professional and I'd recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a car to go talk to them first because they have the utmost courtesy when it comes to customer satisfaction and truly care about making sure each customer leaves happy. Even the General Sales Manager came and talked to me and told me if I had any problems to personally come talk to him with any concerns that says alot about a dealership when they make time to personally talk to each customer like that. Overall my experience was fantastic and will make the trip to this dealership each and everytime in the future when I am in need of purchasing a new car. More
I had to order my new car and it actually came in a little earlier than it was supposed to. Herb kept me up to date as to the arrival and made sure I had all of my financing options lined out before I little earlier than it was supposed to. The overall experience at Plaza was what I expected and more. I would recommend Plaza to any of my friends. Herb took the time when I got the car to explain how to use all the functions in it, which was a big help. All in all I'd give this dealer and Herb a 10 out of 10. More
Was in the market looking for a BMW 5 Series, but saw an Audi A5 on line at Plaza Motors so I thought I'd at least stop in for a look. Larry Sansone approached me and took it from there. He was not pushy, Audi A5 on line at Plaza Motors so I thought I'd at least stop in for a look. Larry Sansone approached me and took it from there. He was not pushy, but fully engaged. I never felt like I was being rushed and Larry never left our side (I was with my wife). He was very welcoming. After testing the A5 and an A6, I told Larry that I owed a final look at the BMW I test drove the prior week at another dealership. He never seemed dissapointed or as if we wasted his time. We went to 2 dealerships to see BMW's and after dealing with the sales person there and their unengaging attitude and frankly, their unwillingness to help, but rather "what do you want to see" attitude, we just dropped what we were doing and called Larry right away. We went through all the motions on my trade, price of the car after trade, to financing (nod to Fred Smith who truly worked for the best case scenarios). The whole experience was seemless! Larry had a great outlook on life. He understood how to talk to people. I never once felt as if I was on the bad end of a deal. It was a win-win and I drove off feeling extremely positive with the purchase with no regrets. Thanks Larry and Audi team More
