Excellent car purchase experience We met the sales manager Jonny, sales representative Sean, and the finance advisor Freddy. They are so knowledgeable and professional. Sean has a unique way to introduce the tech info to us so that we can quickly understand the basics about the car without overwhelming ourselves. I have to say Audi is so advanced in their tech offerings that it is very hard for a new owner to grasp all the aspects of the technology this car has to offer. Sean left his cell phone number with us and offered FaceTime with him whenever we cannot find something. He also gave us invite to come back in a week or two to pick up the advanced tech operations. Jonnny is a very open and easy going person. He made us feel welcome and we talked a lot. He processed our purchase quickly and found us the best finance that we could expect. Thank you very much and this has been our best car purchase experience ever (6th car between me and my wife). Freddy is friendly and fast. He did not pressure us to purchase additional services. He did go through them with us so we understood what options there are and we will conduct our own research to make the final decision. Plaza Audi at Creve Coeur is a really nice place to buy an Audi. We definitely recommend them and we will go to them next time when we need another Audi. More

He greeted me asked how he could assist me, I explained to him what I was looking for, and he was so patient with me, he answered all my questions, he told me all about the vehicle... I think he could tell I was nervous so for peace of mind he gave me a few minutes to myself to where I called my parents and went over everything and they thought it was really good deal. Sales Are Shady On Saturday Feb 10, 2018 my wife and I decided to stop into a few car dealers to look around. We were not planning to purchase a vehicle as we had a l On Saturday Feb 10, 2018 my wife and I decided to stop into a few car dealers to look around. We were not planning to purchase a vehicle as we had a lease that ended on August 22, 2018 on our current vehicle. We shared this with the salesperson. After test driving a new car he offered to potentially pay off our lease if we bought his car. We told him we were not ready and left. A week later we received a call from our salesperson with a great offer. They would pay off our current lease and also reduce price of their car if we buy in Feb 2018. We accepted his offer and they agreed to deliver their car to us in Peoria IL within a few days and to overnight us the paperwork to sign. When we received the paperwork the prices were not as agreed and much worse for us. I called and my salesperson agreed the pricing was off and said they would send new papers, this never happened. They also added an extended warranty to my paperwork without asking me if I wanted it, which I did not. After I told the finance person Fred I did not buy extended plans he asked me to sign papers anyway so the deal could be done in Feb. I told him I would not sign a false agreement and they said they understood. They decided to deliver the car and have me sign papers in Peoria on Feb 28th. When I reviewed the papers there was still mistakes and I was told these mistakes would be corrected and I would be sent proper documents, but they had to have these signed to turn in for the sale in Feb 2018. I reluctantly agreed to these terms. We started getting calls from Hyundai finance in March asking where their car was and about getting the payoff so I contacted the dealership on March 12th. They stated that my old car was still at their place and that the payoff was sent to Hyundai. They also stated that they would take my trade in to Hyundai on the following day. I had to call several times and finally on March 20th had confirmation the car was delivered, however Hyundai stated the payoff was still not received. On April 3rd I received a letter from Hyundai finance stating they had still not received payment, late fees had been assessed and they were proceeding to collections. I called Plaza and they confirmed the payment had not been sent, even though they previously told me it had been. They also told me they were only agreeing to $3130 and the payoff was actually $4800. They also asked me to pay them $1700 more as they mentioned the loan had not gone thru. In summary, the dealership has behaved dishonestly and not done what they agreed to. More

Upon my arrival Jamal greeted me with a big smile answered all my questions and found me the right car I was looking for. When we got to negotiating price he took me to his sales managers office Johnny Farmand . Johnny was not only nice but at no time we felt pressured. He made sure I got the best price possible for my new car. Thank you so so much plaza Audi and Jamal / Johnnh . Anyone who is looking to buy Audi should ask for Jamal or his sales manager Johnny!! I have been coming here for about 2 years for routine service and upon my first visit, I was even considering purchasing a second vehicle from here, but I changed my mind immediately. The service advisors do not listen to any of your input and end up wasting your time and money. Sales staff don't even respond when you say hello or make a gesture; they just give the "why are you talking to me" look. Their phone system is near useless, and as others have stated, they do not return calls. It is a great looking and attractive facility, and it is very modern and clean, but the people here make every interaction frustrating, and quite uncomfortable. They seem to have a sense of elitism because of their location and brand. Regardless, I own 2 late model Audi vehicles now; neither was bought from Audi Creve Coeur,and both only come here for for oil changes; nothing more. More
Ripped Off I took my Audi in for an oil change and a detail. It took three days to get back my car but I had one of theirs so I didn't care. In addition they don't return calls, their phone system sucks. They did have to order some parts under warranty. Which they act like they are doing you a favor by not charging you (its under warranty). They did manage to do a 15,000 mile maintenance that I didn't ask for or was told I was getting or that I authorized. But the best part is they stole a pair of expensive sun glasses out of the car. They left the case so I didn't notice for a few days. Im done with these bunch of crooks. My oil change and detail ended up costing $800 plus a $250 pair of sunglasses. Im about done with Audi all together because the only honest dealership (Bommarito) is a long drive for service. More

You wade through some antiquated phone system that ultimately gives you an operator that cannot help with whatever the problem is. I am in the process of buying a new Audi and frankly won't consider these guys. I use for service because they are five minutes from my home and I have a performance model and I don't think the average shop can work on it. Invariably Audi does not have the parts and about 2 out of 3 times, we have to cycle the parts to get them right. Right now I am looking at a $60 piece of unpainted plastic that is a headlight washer cover for the left side of my car, unfortunately the one that fell out is on the right side. To be fair, I bought the piece from a different Audi dealer and guess what, I have to go back there to exchange it. I thought I could beat the system by buying the part ahead of time, but they are far more experienced than I at this process. They are expensive but I can tolerate that if they were anywhere close to professional. More
