I noticed that there was a issue with the under panel of my A5 Convertible, so I stopped by to see what it was. Michelle had it looked at and let me know that it just lost a couple of clips. The people at Plaza that I deal with are great, including Caressa at the front and Chad the mechanic. I recently had a $200 part replaced and the labor was almost $3000. Too late for me, but it makes me feel bad that they don't just charge a more reasonable service fee rather than offering discounts to those who check their email on time. More

I have to say that I am impressed by how friendly this dealer is. I worked with Larry who was really helpful in every step of the of the process.
