RE: 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV VIN:1GYS4HKJXHR194085 Audi Creve Coeur 11830-A Olive Blvd.Creve Coeur, MO 63141 On or about Saturday 12/16/2023 I went to inspect the above mentioned car , after series of text and emails between myself and sales person Robert and his Manager Eric, we agreed on a deal on 12/20/2023 that I will pay 34000 US$ out of the door deal and pick up the car at 4pm on 12/21/2023, I took today off , purchased car insurance and prepared a check with above the amount, on my way to xx louis to finalize the deal , I received a text/Call at 3:55 pm from Eric " sales manager at "Audi Creve Coeur" stating the car has been sold to another person and it is not available any more. This is to inform you that Audi Creve Coeur dealership has breached a verbal and written" Text and emails" agreement to sell the above mentioned car in exchange for the agreed price of 34000US$. Therefore you will be liable for the financial, social , emotional damages as result of this breach. More

The Q8 E Tron was a hit! We are accustomed to getting the usual, Teslas, Rivian's, etc. but we've never had anything as nice as the Audi Q8 here! I was glad to be able to hand out a number of business cards and I sincerely believe the good folks, thank you Matt, deserve some business for it! This has been the worst car buying experience ever and still on going. Bought this used 2016 Audi S6 May 27,2023. Car had some flaws that were not disclosed but I drove almost 4 hours for this car. The quarter panel had horrible looking dent behind drivers rear tire and front drivers fender had nasty dent on the top of it. Both made the drivers side look like poop and was never made aware of in any video but I still wanted the car just knew this was going to cost me money right away to fix. Then driving back to KC my tire light came so pull over and find out every tire was at least 10 pounds low and then started car and check engine light came on. They had done some work at Audi on it so didn't think nothing of it at first and thought maybe a code needs cleared. I take it to my local shop and found out exhaust has been modified with resonators and center muffler cut out and x-pipe installed so code cant be cleared ever just dealing with that, both lower control arms rubber is all severely cracked and need of replacement, and my motor mounts are leaking. This some how passed Missouri safety inspection though per my Audi Service paperwork when purchased. Next issue is then I got my 30 day tag when I purchased the car to wait on title paperwork but problem is that time ran out and I didn't get a new plate tell Aug 26,2023, which means if I wanted to drive car it would be illegal. Meanwhile I am still making insurance and car payments for this car. Then I get a letter in the mail stating the check for taxes was bounced that the 3rd party title company wrote to my DMV for $3,700.00. Now I am calling the dealership almost every day to make sure this gets handled so I don't have to go to court for something I have no control over. The really sad part is I am the one calling the dealership to check on this all the time no one is calling me to make sure it is getting handled which is a poor way to do business. More
August 30, 2023: I took my beautiful 2017 Q7 into Audi Creve Coeur for an oil change but it also needed some other service done so the wonderful people there (Ben, Caressa, Jed, Drew, Bennie--who is alway Creve Coeur for an oil change but it also needed some other service done so the wonderful people there (Ben, Caressa, Jed, Drew, Bennie--who is always so welcoming and friendly-) gave me a beautiful new loaner Q5 and finished the work promptly this morning as promised! Eric Fultz at Plaza and David Francosky at Asbury were very helpful in helping to get my Audi back on the road and I am grateful to them as well! At every turn Plaza Audi throughout my last few years of ownership has been there for me no nonsense first rate service with some great loaner cars to boot! 5 stars as always! More
Went to dealer with very specific requirements of the car I wanted, Mike and Matt did what they had to in order to find the only 2023 A4 45 Premium Plus S-line in Navarra Blue with the Black Optics package t I wanted, Mike and Matt did what they had to in order to find the only 2023 A4 45 Premium Plus S-line in Navarra Blue with the Black Optics package that meet my requirements within a 10 hour drive and bring it in for me. Bought the vehicle and Mike sat down with me to take me through all the features and get all the systems configured, even called a few days later to ensure that I was happy. Very pleased. More
I went to check out and purchase a used 2018 Q5, as a replacement for my vehicle that was recently totaled. I worked with Kayne, during my car search, and he was the easiest to work with. I told him what I was looking for, why I needed a new car, and what price range I was looking to stay in. Long story short, the Q5 didn't work out, it was too small and didn't leave enough legroom for the front passenger with my kids rear-facing car seat. Kayne saw that I really liked the Q5 and was bummed out that the car seat didn't fit. Not knowing much about children's car seats he went online and started looking up car seats that would fit the car, and offered to buy me a new car seat! He actually took time to listen to what I was looking for, and needed, and was trying to help find a solution. To me, that is going above and beyond. He started learning about car seats. He did not have to do that. He could have easily tried to push me into a bigger more expensive vehicle, but he didn't. Even though the Q5 didn't work out, he kept looking for me. We looked at a few other options, but sadly none worked out. Never once did he try to push into spending more than I budgeted for, nor did he write me off, and say I can't afford what they have. He kept looking and followed up. That is how you treat your customers. I could tell it was more than just trying to sell a car to him, he actually wanted to help and make sure I found the right vehicle for me and my family. I ended up not getting a car there, but only because they didn't have the right car for me at that time. I had to get something that week. I highly recommend this dealership, everyone that greeted me, was friendly, personable, and helpful. The only thing I would recommend they change is to tell the ladies at the front desk to smile more. The one gale at the desk was very professional, and courteous, but kept a very serious look on her face. More
June 27, 2023: I took my new Q7 in to have the things promised to me when I bought the car completed, the windshield had to be replaced, and a couple of other small things done. In addition they did the paint protection and interior protection on it as well and I can tell you they did an excellent job. The management at Plaza Audi should be most proud of its Service department led by Drew, Jed and Caressa, who all did a wonderful job of getting me in giving me a Great loaner car and finishing up all the work on my vehicle in a couple of days. The clearcoat protection makes my car look beautiful! Mike Balog and the management at Asbury have a wonderful group of people working for them at Plaza Audi in St., Louis, and I am thrilled to do business with my favorite salesman Alex Madison at Plaza! The window was replaced with Audi glass and the interior lighting looks fantastic. Kudos also to Eric Fultz and Chad Trulove, the sales management, people who kept their word!
