We are a month and 3 days past the purchase of the car and because of the wrong VIN number being put on all the paperwork, signing and resigning and lost (in their office) trade in title signatures, we st and because of the wrong VIN number being put on all the paperwork, signing and resigning and lost (in their office) trade in title signatures, we still have not been able to title the car or get the trade in out of our name. Not sure how this happens, but this has been a very big inconvenience and has created insurance issues that doesn't seem to be an issue with the dealership. We just wait for the newest email asking us to sign yet another paper! More
