I was told that a diagnosis of my cars issue would take 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. That made it impossible for me to leave my vehicle. The service manager did offer me a loaner, but that loaner did not allow for the 1/2 to 2 weeks. That made it impossible for me to leave my vehicle. The service manager did offer me a loaner, but that loaner did not allow for the space that I need on a daily basis. Their new iPhone system is inefficient. I left voicemails with the service agent and the manager over a two week period. That went unanswered. More
