Daniel was friendly and professional throughout the sales process. Helped me set up Audi Connect and took me for a test drive and show me additional functions even though I had already purchased the car. A process. Al was also very helpful on the paperwork side of things--both the money transfer and the registration, which was out of state. More

Audi Coral Springs does not know the first thing about customer service. I made a service appointment using their online reservation system ,advising them of what I wanted to have done: an oil change, f customer service. I made a service appointment using their online reservation system ,advising them of what I wanted to have done: an oil change, filter, new windshield wipers, and a recall for the passenger air bag. Even though they were given 2 weeks notice, they neglected to reserve a pair of replacement wipers for my car. I was told that the Audi dealer in West Palm beach had the wipers in stock. I was readying my car for a 1300 mile trip to New York and didn't want to chance a trip of that magnitude with my existing wipers. I asked the parts department manager to please call Audi in West Palm Beach to confirm that they indeed had the wipers and that I would make the one hour trip (each way) the following day to pick them up and to install them. They said that they "couldn't do that" and he wrote the phone number on a small post it note. This was an extremely poor response to a reasonably simple request. I made the call myself to Audi Palm beach. They told me that they had a sufficient supply the wipers in stock and that they would install them when I arrived the next day. When I arrived home that afternoon,I noticed the OBD pin connector plug was dangling in the drivers side footwell. I found this to be quite disconcerting. Not wanting to drive 45 Minutes (each way) to Coral Springs, I opted to bring it to the attention of Audi Palm Beach the next day. The service manager there,Raphael, was extremely accommodating. He lifted the hood to install the new wipers and saw that the cowl intake grills were completely blocked with leaves. I Mentioned to him that Audi Coral Springs had done an oil change the day before and that I was surprised that they didn't remove the leaves. He was also quite dismayed that this wasn't done.. He immediately proceeded to remove the large quantity of leaves from the cowl and then he checked the OIL LEVEL on the dipstick: THE OIL LEVEL WAS DOWN BY 3/4 OF A QUART!!!! He added the oil as a courtesy and apologized for the improper proceedures performed at the other dealership. Had he not checked the oil, I WOULD HAVE DRIVEN TO New York with less than the proper amount of oil in the crankcase.... Or perhaps, the LEAVES would have IGNITED.... Or the OBD plug might have gotten kicked as I entered or exited the car. I began to question if the technician cross threaded the drain plug when they changed the oil and that perhaps I "lost" almost one quart of oil in less than a day. Needless to say, I am going to check the oil each day before I drive to New York. This is not my first Audi but this is the first time that I received anything but exemplary service. I would certainly NOT RECOMMEND the service department at Audi Coral Springs. I would strongly suggest that they consider Audi Palm Beach instead. PS: the "Shop Supply Costs"of 10.84 % (to which 7 % sales tax was added) was a surprise to me when I paid my bill. Adding close to 20% on top of a $299.99 labor rate is beyond my imagination. More
