Steven Meyer has been our service manager since the begining and is the main reason why we continue with Audi Coral Springs. For us, the car might be great, but the service has to be even better. Our Service Advisor is sharp, knowledgeable, attentive to the needs of his customers and makes sure the experience is just flawless and great. We have other vehicles but by far, of all the car dealerships and services, Steven is the best Service Advisor we have ever had. Keep up the great work Steven. More
Horrible Customer Service I went to Audi to get my car wash in Coral Springs the valet guy told me the wait time would be an hour to an hour and half. I told him I would wait I went to Audi to get my car wash in Coral Springs the valet guy told me the wait time would be an hour to an hour and half. I told him I would wait it's not a problem ,he took my car to the back and after twenty minutes went to the service manager Steve and let him know my car wasn't purchased there, they then bring back my car to the front and told me they no longer do car was there and wanted to give me a coupon to go elsewhere and get it wash. My first Audi was purchased at Coral Springs when I was ready to trade in the car Coral Springs did not want to work with me, between me and my family we purchased seven vehicles from Coral Springs Audi. I went to West Palm Audi were customer service is exceptional and trade in my Audi and left with a new Audi and that's where my family members will be going when they're ready to trade in . Customer service at Coral Springs Audi is terrible and that's why they're going to loose a lot of customers. More
Terrible service I would give no stars if possible. We leased our 2018 A 6 from Audi Coral Springs in October of 2017. We have some issues with our Audi A 6 starting in May/June of 2018. The c We leased our 2018 A 6 from Audi Coral Springs in October of 2017. We have some issues with our Audi A 6 starting in May/June of 2018. The car was not allowing us to use our blue tooth for the phone; we could not pick up a call or make a call. All the car would do was hang up on all phone calls. I called the dealership about this and was told that their support specialist would call me right back. I did not get a call back within an hour and called Audi USA. The technical specialist with Audi USA had to do a compete reset of the system which we did over the phone. The representative from Audi USA was surprised that Audi Coral Springs did not tell me how to do this over the phone. I finally got a call back from Audi Coral Springs about a week later - no one bothered to call me back before this. The person who called did not know why I had called and said my call went into a voice mail system that rarely gets checked. Totally unacceptable. The satellite radio then started to have issues. My favorites kept erasing from the system and it would not allow me to re set them. The system randomly re set stations as favorites and then just as randomly erased them the next time I started the car. Because of my prior experience with Audi Coral Springs I first called Audi USA - and got a representative there. The tech support specialist could not do a reset or fix the problem and determined that it needed to be fixed by the dealer. I told them my issues with Audi Coral Springs and the no call back re the phone so the tech rep said he would have Audi USA set up the appointment through Audi USA's system and arrange a conference call with Audi Coral Springs service. The Audi USA support specialist conferenced called me and him with Audi Coral Springs to set up a time for us to bring the car in and to get us a loaner as well. We had the conference call, an appointment was set and I was told all I needed to do was call and confirm it. Audi USA has a record of this conversation. When I called to confirm this appointment with Audi Coral Springs I was told they had no record of the conference call request, loaners weren't available and I could come in and wait for a tech to look at the issue and then see if I qualified for a loaner. I asked for the person I had spoken with before, and I was told that this person was not employed at Audi Coral Springs (though he indicated he was) and it was s service they used to just answer the phone. This was not disclosed to Audi USA's rep or to me during the conference call. I was not able to bring the car in and wait for it to see if something was wrong. I already knew something was wrong, confirmed by Audi USA. I was told I would get a loaner not that it would be a wait and see - now I was told no way and that what I had been told was never agreed to and they did not give loaners for anyone unless the problem was diagnosed and would take a substantial period of time to repair. I got a call from Audi USA the following day, to follow up to see if we were okay with the service. I told the rep what we had been told by Audi Coral Springs. Audi USA's rep confirmed what Audi Coral Springs was supposed to do and was amazed at their response. I told the Audi USA rep that we were done with Audi Coral Springs, and when I got back from a planned trip could they arrange for the car to be repaired at Audi at West Palm Beach. The rep said he could do this and to call back when I was ready to bring the car in. We had leased our prior Audi from Audi at West Palm Beach and never had issues like this with their service. I would never recommend leasing or purchasing a car from Audi Coral Springs due to their awful service. More
They will destroy your paint in their courtesy washes I have been a customer with Audi Coral Springs for 5 years and even bought a car there in 2013 and was very pleased with the sales experience and the I have been a customer with Audi Coral Springs for 5 years and even bought a car there in 2013 and was very pleased with the sales experience and the subsequent service experience with James; an English gentleman who always went above and beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately, after this recent experience I will NEVER ever ever ever return to this dealership. I purchased another Audi on April 2018 and was disappointed that James was no longer at the service desk. Regardless, I brought in my car on 7/21/2018 to perform an emissions recall. My car had recently been polished with an expensive Menzerna polish and glaze. If you don't know what Menzerna is, look it up. The car was left in showroom condition with 0 swirls and almost surgically clean paint. The service advisor, Rodrigo Venegas greeted me and was courteous so I figured everything was going to be alright with this new service advisor. I requested that the car not be washed because I did not like that their courtesy washes are not touch free and can introduce swirls. He asked me if I was sure because their washes are complimentary. I again repeated that I did not want my car washed. My car was taken to perform the recall and I sat in the nearby couches to observe my car in the service bay. After I while I became distracted on my phone and when I glanced back at the service bay I noticed that my car was no longer there. Fearing that my car had gone in the wash, I again asked the advisor if he had stressed that the car not be washed. He reassured me that he had. However, he rushed into the service bay in a panic and made several calls. My car then magically appeared in the drive bay and he came back and told me the car was ready. I again asked him, "Was the car washed?" He repeated and assured me that it wasn't. I went out into the drive bay to take possession of my car however the car was soaking wet near the trunk, the side mirrors and beneath the doors. I looked closely at the paint and to my horror there were swirls all over the car. I complained to the service advisor and he said that one pass through the car wash would not cause swirls and he "forgot" to tell them not to wash it. He then said that he will get Luan Nuriu, the service manager, to call me to offer me a detail to "buff" the swirls out. I waited several days for a call however received none. I then reached out to Luan and he argued with me about how their car wash brushes do not cause swirls because they are only a few days old and how he has been in the industry over 30 years so he knows what he's talking about (clearly he knows nothing about car detailing). Ultimately after a lot of back and forth, he offered me a voucher for a full detail, which doesn't even come close to what I paid to polish the car in the first place. I also reached out to the general manager, however have not received a call back. Do not take your car here if you value your paint. More
