First and foremost, they do not stand by their work. Had an issue with a 2015 A3 TDI, Sunroof switch failed. Went to the dealer for resolution, armed with my Fidelity Platinum extended warranty. First and an issue with a 2015 A3 TDI, Sunroof switch failed. Went to the dealer for resolution, armed with my Fidelity Platinum extended warranty. First and foremost the service advisor who is not my regular advisor bombarded me with various charges and fees some of them ludicrous to assess a failure. Regardless, and confident that my warranty would kick in and it did I left my vehicle in their care. They also at first declined to furnish me with a loaner. Very long story short, the warranty paid for the repair, and I was informed I needed a new battery. The battery was under warranty, but they would not honor it due to lack of records that this factory battery was not installed by an Audi store. Buyer beware, keep your service records. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, it was filthy dirty inside and out including spots on the sunroof cover and grease stains on the grey headliner. I had been dealing with Luana and the service manager, Luan. My regular service advisor Giancarlo was not available. They were not very helpful and in the case of the service advisor, Luana VERY RUDE. I also discovered the overhead console was not pushed in properly, prompting the car to be brought back into service for it to be rectified. The overhead console is still not sitting flush as it did before. When I asked them to repair it I was informed that it was in tolerance levels and I should contact Audi corporate. My first question was do you not warranty the work you perform? The answer was yes the part we replaced. With this logic and method of doing business anything they break or screw up in the process, such as the overhead console and the Sunroof cover which they damaged is not covered. This is beyond ludicrous, and I would highly suggest anyone going for warranty work here take photos before and after if not avoiding them at all. The service manager even advised I speak to Audi corporate to get a goodwill gesture to fix something they broke. Unreal. There is more to this story including some other shady moves and suggestions but I do have the time and energy to provide the 5 page write up I sent to Audi corporate. I only gave two stars because Giancarlo is an excellent service advisor who is prompt, returns phone calls and knows how to deal with his client base. It's been 2+ months and still not resolved. More

Parts for Audi Q5 I am not impressed with Audi's service. My car was in an accident a month ago and 1) they do not have a body shop on the premises, 2) you have to get I am not impressed with Audi's service. It takes FOREVER to get the parts in. When you call the parts department NO ONE answers the phone. This shows lack of service and they do not have an adequate supply of parts on hand,. You are going to lose my business!! More

New Car Missing Wiper Blade I bought a new Audi Q5 and within the first month the wiper blade was missing fell off or something. I went to Coral Springs Audi and was told it was I bought a new Audi Q5 and within the first month the wiper blade was missing fell off or something. I went to Coral Springs Audi and was told it was NOT under warranty. So a New Audi Q5 loses it wiper blade within the first month and had to pay $50.00 for a New One. Guess where I Will NOT be buying my next car from. So easy to do the right thing. More

I travel approximately 90% for my job so I scheduled the 20,000 mile service weeks ahead of ti Extremely disappointing service by Audi Coral Springs! I travel approximately 90% for my job so I scheduled the 20,000 mile service weeks ahead of time via the website. I received multiple emails confirming the service and a phone call the day before the appointment. During the confirmation phone call I confirmed I would have a loaner as requested on the website. He said “Yes”. I arrived early for my 8am appt and my name was not on the monitor. The employee took me back to the scheduler and she said I was not in the system. She said there are two systems so maybe I was in the other. I showed her my confirming email. She said she would schedule it. I said I also had a loaner but she said she did not have any for me. I could wait or wait and take a shuttle when it arrived. I asked to speak to the Manager. He found it in the system but said it was not eligible for a loaner. I asked him why it was confirmed then and he said it would only take 1 hour and 20 minutes. I cancelled and walked out. I will not be buying my new car when this lease runs out from them and will not be buying my 5th Audi as a result either. It is more frustrating to go through all of the scheduling steps and receive MULTIPLE confirmations-(both verbal and in writing to ensure my time is not wasted) and have them not be prepared to deliver what was promised. Lousy customer service!! More

He is knowledgeable, helpful, cordial and friendly. Treated me as if I were family and recommended Anthony Segreto as an excellent salesperson. Well, Anthony was that type of person that was equipped with all the tools that a salesperson should have; friendly, cordial, knowledgeable, patient, well spoken, not pushy that made me feel comfortable in deciding to buy the Audi Q5 premium plus.. He went above and beyond his duties helping me, teaching me the new technology in the car and making sure that everything was ready so I would take the car home. Offering to help if I needed anytime. He made me feel like family, which I appreciate. Al Urena at the financial department was friendly, cordial, knowledgeable and very helpful explaining the pros vs cons between financing and leasing. I chose leasing. He made the process flow easily. It was a great experience doing business once again with Audi as I am an old client of Audi Coral Springs. Thank you all for your magnificent service. More
