Audi Coral Springs takes it’s customer service very serious and offers a tremendous amount of options to help support the overall experience. We offer recommendations to keep all vehicles running at maximum performance and also offer many levels of service. Each customer has an option to accept or decline factory recommendations to keep their personal vehicle in the best operating condition. We also have listened to our customer’s feedback and now offer, Uber, Lyft, Courtesy shuttle, and loaner cars to assist all of our customers. Audi Coral Springs has been consistently ranked as a TOP Service department for Audi dealerships and will continue to strive for excellent customer service. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to provide excellent service in the future.

Nice response. Unfortunately your ratings are based more on your staff begging for customers to provide a 5 star rating rather than asking for an honest rating and review. Once upon a time Audi Coral Springs was run with honesty and integrity. Not any longer. Your service department does NOT make recommendations regarding service. They first provide you with an inflated bill when you are dropping off your car for a simple service (oil, filter chage, top off fluids) and then they justify the bill by stating "this is one of the most important services that the manufacturer recommends (though they phrase it in a way that frightens you that if you dont do it, your car could fall apart any day). They dont present it as an option until you question the huge bill. Common car salesman approach to ripping people off. Then theres the lack of available loaners even when you schedule service 1 month out and request a loaner be avaliable. At least Vista BMW figured out how to still provide loaners to their customers even when they have no BMW loaners available. They teamed up with Enterprise (clearly Audi Coral Spings couldnt think this far outside of the box because their profit margins would take a hit) . Uber is to take you home but if Audi Coral Springs is going to have your car for a couple of days, what then? I heard no offer of "call us anytime you need to get from place to place while we have your car in our service dept". Its just a ride home and a ride to pick up your car upon service completion. Clearly in your response you praise yourselves, and then offer to "do our best to provide excellent service in the future". According to your own response, you already believe that you are achieving that goal. I have a marketing department who monitors and responds to reviews of my company so I know all too well how this works. Customer provides an honest review citing a bad experience, and you dismiss the customers complaint by speaking about how great you are. Something I would NEVER accept from my marketing department. I insist they provide me customer contact info and I personally reach out to unsatified customers to validate their feelings and offer to make things right. You guys beg for 5 start ratings in every depatment from sales to service, even when you know you didnt provide 5 star service in either. Counting the days until this last Audi lease is up. You got 3 out of me. No more.
