I drive an hour and a half to get my free oil change, it was fine until they didn’t properly put the undercar shield, a couple screw fell out and it was screeching. I had to wait until next week to come bac was fine until they didn’t properly put the undercar shield, a couple screw fell out and it was screeching. I had to wait until next week to come back so they can fix it. This nice salesman apologized profusely and offered to fill my gas tank up. I contacted a number of Audi dealerships in South Florida looking for 2023 Audi Q5. When I contacted Audi Coral Springs, I spoke with Brianna Gromosaik. I explained to her exactly what I was looking for and looking for 2023 Audi Q5. When I contacted Audi Coral Springs, I spoke with Brianna Gromosaik. I explained to her exactly what I was looking for and she told me that she had the exact vehicle due in any day. Over the next week or so Brianna kept in touch with me and updated me on the status of the Q5 I was interested in. The day the vehicle arrived at the dealership she notified me and we made an appointment for me to drive and see the Q5 that same day. After driving and really liking the vehicle, we sat down and within 20 minutes, struck a deal which included my trade-in. The whole process was easy and hassle free. I drove the new Q5 home that afternoon. I highly recommend Audi Coral Springs and Brianna to anyone. Looking to purchase an Audi. More
