When ever I go in to the location, the entire staff from the guy outside who greats you with a smile and a hello all the way to the service people. My rep there is Steve and he is great. When he is not there, the other guys always step up as well to make sure my car is taken care of and my experience is as great as if Steve was there. When I bought my first car I was introduced to Steve as my service rep. After my lease was up, it was Steve that made me continue into my second lease there. You meet with sales guy for a few hours, get a car but then you never need him again. It is Steve that keeps me there!! More

The car was great throughout the 3 year term of the lease, and my wife and I decided to keep the car, and purchase it when the lease was terminated. Being that financially I could not afford to move up to a new A5 and I loved the A4, so we came into the dealership Mike and Tony Carenza put together a fabulous deal for us to enable us to keep the car under difficult financial situations.
