The entire team at Audi of Coral Springs was a pleasure to do business with. I met with Richardson first when I called about an advertised car. Before I arrived at the dealership, he had the car moved from to do business with. I met with Richardson first when I called about an advertised car. Before I arrived at the dealership, he had the car moved from inside the showroom to outside for a test drive. He was very knowledgable about the car even though it wasn't an Audi. Dave and Richardson didn't play the usual games that dealers play, but gave me their best deal before I left. That night Richardson followed up with me and before long we had a deal. The dealership was already closed when I arrived to finish the deal, but all involved including Mark and Jana made the process simple and as fast as I could have expected. A great overall team! More

Hello, my experience with audi coral springs was amazing because of Richardson ! First of all, the phone call with which I inquired about a car I wanted to buy, he was polite, reasonable and ended up offeri because of Richardson ! First of all, the phone call with which I inquired about a car I wanted to buy, he was polite, reasonable and ended up offering me a better car with much more value for the money I was buy, the car he showed me is the one I'm driving to work now. Second his amazing reception and hospitality, I live in Miami do it took me 1:20 minutes til I got to the dealer, he instantly offered to wash my friends car, which he ended up doing by him self because it was late and the whole store was closed, (I went there after I got out of my job). Because it was way after the closing time of the dealer,I couldn't drive out with the car, and I was really desapointed, Richardson got me a gift the next day because of the delay in processing ( which was not their fault ). He later on called me to know if I was satisfied with the car ! In addition he gave me and my friend a grand tour of the facility, truly professional. More
