I arrived late in the day, test drove the vehicle I wanted to buy, and left in a new car. That's the short story. My trade-in was valued at what I thought was a fair and accurate amount, the car I wanted to buy was priced as I expected (i.e. no sketchy dealer markups), and we closed the deal in a few hours. One important thing I need to express is the professionalism displayed by everyone at Audi Coral Springs, which went a long way towards making me comfortable with a quick transaction; a number of folks, including my salesperson Gina Becker, stayed well past 9:30PM to get the deal done that evening! I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone interested in an Audi - they have the largest and widest selection of Audi cars I have ever seen, and back up their claim of being the largest Audi dealer in the world with the inventory to match. After visiting Braman Audi, the closest dealer to me (West Palm Beach), I drove down to Audi Coral Springs and WOW, was I surprised by the service and selection! When you go to a dealership(Braman) and see transferred inventory from another dealership(Audi Coral Springs), you know the other dealership must have some good stuff! I took the chance and headed south... Same day, I came home from Audi Coral Springs with a beautiful, black Audi A5 Coupe. Upon visiting Audi Coral Springs, I didn't realize that the awesome lady that I first spoke to was even a sales person because she was SO casual, putting no emphasis on pressuring me to look at anything in particular. Gina simply asked me a few questions, allowed me to ask her a few questions, and then took me to the vehicle I was interested in looking at. She was SO knowledgable about the Audi A5 and answered all of the tough, trivial questions that I had in mind, accurately and without hesitation - This was VERY refreshing considering the salesman at the Audi dealership that I had been to previously actually lied to my spouse, denying the front end "facelift" on the new A5s... Not cool! So, next time you make that dreadful decision on where to purchase your next Audi, do NOT hesitate to make a trip to Coral Springs Audi; You will not be diasppointed by the service, their willingness to work on price, and their patience(waiting WAY after hours to help you get the best financing rate and terms!).
