My first Audi and first experience at Coral Springs Audi was when a friend of mine decided to get his A4 cab traded in for an A5. I had my eyes on an A6 for some time. When I stopped in to spend time with my friend, I talked to Gina about a pre-owned one on the lot. She took me out for a test drive. I enjoyed it very much. Gina was very helpful, however it just wasn't meant to be. Several weekends later while out shopping with other friends, I decided to stop by again this time to check out a new S4. We met Mike Rakowski on the show room floor when he greeted us. I suppose I had fallen in love with that gleaming Estoril Blue Crystal S4 just feet away from Mike's desk because I kept thinking about it while Mike spoke accolades about the car. It was clear he was more than a sales person, he's an owner, and a fan. We took an S4 out for a test drive fully loaded (including 4 friends). Mike's exceptional knowledge of the car enhanced my appreciation for Audi's technical advances. I understood (and felt) what he meant when the S4 changed characteristics between COMFORT and DYNAMIC modes. Mike's enthusiasm, the experience of the drive (under full load) and beauty of the design sold me. I also appreciated Mike's non-pressured approach. He was systematic and methodical. He worked not just with me, but with my friends/advisors who had come with me that day. I felt he genuinely wanted to ensure that I had a good experience. Mike also keeps in touch with me, ensuring that any questions were answered promptly. I really appreciated his relaxed, non-pressured demeanor, wealth of knowledge and genuine love for Audi cars. After visiting multiple dealerships and test driving a variety of cars, I was very pleasantly surprised with Audi Coral Springs and meeting Gina Becker. Gina was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the product. I never felt high pressure about the sale, which gave me time to consider all my options and it make me feel even better about my ultimate purchase. The sales managers, Mark London and Tony Quercia, were both very helpful and reasonable in making sure the sales terms met everyone's expectations. Jim Phillips, the finance manager, was quick and efficient and made the final paperwork a breeze. I am grateful for the positive experience with Gina and the rest of the team at Audi Coral Springs. I have been a Champion Audi/Coral Springs Audi customer for 20 years. I have just purchased my 4th Audi (Q5 3.0T) (3rd from Coral Springs), and I have to say that every single person I dealt with was fant for 20 years. I have just purchased my 4th Audi (Q5 3.0T) (3rd from Coral Springs), and I have to say that every single person I dealt with was fantastic. Neil and I have been talking for a few years - no hard sell (WHICH I HATE MORE THAN ANYTHING). He was extremely patient with me test driving everything on the lot - which gave me the time to decide which car I really wanted - plus he found me the exact car I wanted (color/options). Neil went out of his way to ensure I got what I wanted plus some extras, at a fair price. He is a great salesman and a great person, and I highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a fabulous car (i.e., an AUDI). Geno the sales manager was also fabulous in pointing out the differences between leasing/buying options, plus he gave my son some really nice Audi knickknacks (I'm still jealous Geno)! And Jim the Finance Manager made the paperwork go as smoothly as possible. Also Kudos to my LONG time service advisor James Edmonds, who has always been great to work with - he reflects the quality of service at Audi. All in all, I highly recommend this dealership and the above people to anyone considering buying an Audi - AND EVERYBODY SHOULD TEST DRIVE ONE BEFORE BUYING ANY OTHER CAR!!! All the employees are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. I once bought a Nissan for someone, and the difference between that experience and this one was like night and day....Audi Coral Springs is the only place to go! More
I specifically told the salesman that I could not afford more that $410 per month in payments. After running my credit, he told me the best he could do is in the $450 range. I asked about co-signers, and he more that $410 per month in payments. After running my credit, he told me the best he could do is in the $450 range. I brought my father in to cosign, and after all of the paper was ready to be signed, my payment was around $450 anyway. I was also told that this loan would help my credit if I made timely payments, however, upon reviewing the paperwork, the car was in my father's name, with me as a co-signer. I do not know how this will help my credit. Finally, the salesman Larry Stein promised me that I would receive the spare keys in a few days since the former owner was going to drop them off. He said that if they didn't, he would get me a spare set of keys. However, he no longer responds to my phone calls or emails. This is in marked contrast to the last time I purchased an audi at this dealership. I would not recommend anyplace that had Larry Stein working there. More

Neil was great. Showed me all the options in various cars and was understanding of my needs and what I was looking at in the car to buy.
