I have never walked into a car dealership before where I didn’t feel pressured until when I walked into Audi Coral Springs yesterday. The section of cars was very impressive, the showroom is outstanding and very clean but the customer service is what sold me… top notch all the way around and you can tell everyone enjoys their job. I worked with Steve Kincaid on the purchase of my A6. Steve is the type of individual that anyone leasing or purchasing a car would wish to have. He is very knowledgeable and well versed on the Audi line, honest with no hidden agenda, helpful when trying to narrow down the car you want but his strength lays in the type of customer service he provided me. Steve has and gives outstanding customer service. For instance, when I arrived at the dealership Steve had two of the cars I was interested in pulled up at the front all detailed and ready to test drive. When I called my insurance broker to switch over my insurance from my old car to new A6. I learned their office was closed until the New Year. Steve could see the concern on my face so he called my insurance company for me and waited on hold for over 20 minutes then walked me through the process of changing over my insurance to my new A6. I asked Steve where he would suggest I get my windows tinted. Steve made one phone call and had a company come out to tint my windows first thing next morning. Talk about saving me time from taking my car to a tint shop. He put my needs first and was focused on making sure I had the best experience possible all with a smile on his face. He was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend Steve. Once Steve and I finished all the paperwork we moved over to Tony Carenza office. Tony was excellent at explaining all the terms and agreements. Tony’s knowledge and capabilities made the signing of all the paperwork fast and easy. He even me a nice envelope for all my paperwork and congratulated me on my new deal. Once I stepped out of his office I received multiple congratulations from the sales team. My wife has taken her Audi Q5 in for service since we purchased it from this dealer in 2010. This was the first ocassion I had to take the care in for scheduled service. I arrived promptly at 7:30 AM a purchased it from this dealer in 2010. This was the first ocassion I had to take the care in for scheduled service. I arrived promptly at 7:30 AM and the service department was waiting for my arrival. I was greeted at the door and James our service advisor had already prepared the paperwork prior to my arrival. James described the sevice the car would receive and the time periord it would take to complete which was apporoximately two hours. I had the option of either taking a loaner car or staying in the customer lounge area. I decided to stay and relaxed in the lounge enjoying a beverage and talking shop with the employees. The inital buying experience was very good, the autombile has been great to drive and trouble free. Its good know that followup service has been equally as good. Updates on the progress of your vehicle on the HD TV's are a great as well as when you arrive in the garage. I am very impressed with this dealership which is certainly different than some of the other comparable high end competitiors I have dealt with. James is one of the best service advisors we have ever had to deal with and would highly recommend him. More
