Ironically I have been in this dealership several years ago when it was under different ownership and had a poor customer experience but this time I'm happy to report changed. Convertible top broke over the weekend. Brought the car in without an appointment Monday morning and there was a line. They weren't upset and were very polite. They needed a part but they did the service so I was able to return the loaner and get back on the road. All the fluids were replaced at no charge and the car was cleaned. Very efficient and everyone was nice. More

We had an issue involving the air conditioner. Due to travel out of state we took it to another dealer to be fixed. The problem was not remedied but we had a 2000+ mile trip back to Florida during which travel out of state we took it to another dealer to be fixed. The problem was not remedied but we had a 2000+ mile trip back to Florida during which the car went out of warrenty. Steve diagnosed the problem, pled our case to Audi, that even though it was out of warrenty, and they did not originally do the work it should be covered. They saved us over $2000 out of pocket.
