We are repeat customers with many vehicles purchased and serviced by Coral Springs Audi and its predecessor owner. Mike Rakowski and his sales support team make the process of acquiring a new vehicle (we just traded two 2011 Audis for two 2014 Audis) a wonderful experience from their product knowledge, to the process, to being fair and reasonable on the price and, above all, providing a level of professionalism and honesty second to none in our almost 40 years experience in acquiring vehicles. The Coral Springs facility is spectacular (functional, organized and beautifully maintained) and while farther from our home than the prior facility, is extremely easy to access. Know also that a prime reason that we continue to be big time Audi fans and Coral Springs customers is James Edmonds our service advisor - the only one we have had in 10 years - and his exceptional service department. It makes all the difference in the world to us - courtesy, professionalism, honesty, intimate product knowledge, all issues resolved the first time with very few issues beyond normal service, and going to the limit to meet every request and expectation. Mike and James receive 10 out of 10 in our ranking for salesmen and service advisor, respectively, and the dealership gets a 10!!! More

This was my second service visit to Audi for my 2012 A5. First, I love my car. Second, its very important to me to have a service representative that understands my needs, concerns, takes time with me and First, I love my car. My recent service appointment exceeded my expectations. Steve was courteous, efficient & listened to my questions. He answered them in a way I could understand the mechanics of the reason for one of the items that was to be part of my service. My entire experience was a pleasure. I took myself to the cafe, had a cup of coffee and waited for my car. From the minute I entered the service dept. to the time I left, one of the things that really struck me was how quiet the entire building was. The showroom had sales people at their desks, people were looking at cars, the service department was busy working..but all with such a quiet tone! Wow, how does that happen? All in all, a great experience. More

James Edmonds has been my service rep ever since I moved to SE Florida 15 years ago. I found Audi Coral Springs on the internet as I searched for the nearest Audi dealer to my residence. I went there with the intention of only considering a vehicle purchase - no definite plans. I did have a particular car in mind, however, I had pretty detailed specifications and wasn't sure if they would be met by this dealer's inventory (or anyone's, really). ACP was the first dealer I visited that day - and most likely the last one I will visit for a very long time. Immeditately as I entered the dealership, I was greeted by Dick Cumberland, a very pleasant gentleman that over the course of the next few hours I would get to know pretty well. Dick was charming, respectful, attentive - all qualities I was hoping for in my dealings, as my experience was extremely negative at another brand dealership earlier in the week. Dick listened to all that I was looking for, found it in 2 separate cars within 10 minutes, and spent his entire day with me as I decided on one of them. The car I purchased was exactly what I was looking for and more, and all things considered, was priced just about what I had hoped to pay... more on this in a minute. The sales manager that day, Brenden - very friendly guy, is the one who negotiated the price of the vehicle with me; and I ultimately closed my vehicle purchase with Rance. In my 6 total hours at the dealership, Dick made sure I was fed and watered, and Brendan and Rance, both my age, kept me entertained with lively conversation and shockingly similar senses of humor. It was actually very fun! At closing time, I was exhausted BUT a very happy new car owner. Now, do I think that I should've paid less for the car, given the TrueCar.com price? Yes, absolutely. Do I think I could've bought my car for thousands less with more negotiation and time to look over paperwork? Yes, absolutely. However, am I satisfied with my overall purchase and experience? Yes... absolutely. The 3 gentleman were true delights to deal with; very real and straightforward. And while I hope I have no need for service any time soon, I actually can't wait to see them all again. It was a pleasure. Thank you. More
