I had many questions, as the car and packages have gone through some changes in the past few years. My sister in law (who also has a Q5, I believe she is on her 4th Audi) suggested I speak with Anthony. Knowing that he would not be selling me a car, Anthony was kind enough to spend time on the phone with me to answer all of my questions, and even run different payment scenarios. And if that was not enough, he even called my local dealership and spoke with my salesman to ensure they would give a proper deal. In a world where we have almost been trained not to trust car dealers, its refreshing to receive this type of selfless treatment. If I lived in the Florida area, Antony would surely be my Audi representative! Thanks again Anthony!!! More

I made an appointment on my return to FLorida after spending the summer 'up north'. Steve Meyer is my service advisor. Steve is professional, friendly and efficient. He reviewed my mileage and service history and recommended what needed to be done. Most of which is under the warranty. I happen to have low mileage on my TT and want to keep it so met with Rance Williams on a warranty extension. (I had spoken with him in the spring but he said my warranty didn't run out till December so we could look at options in the fall. As promised, Rance reviewed several options and helped me select the one best suited to my needs. Since the work was going to take over 2 hours Steve arranged for me to get a loaner car (no charge). The two ladies at reception/cashier station were professional, courteous and had me on my way in a loaner car very quickly. I received a call when the car was ready and returned. In addition to great service, my car was all washed and cleaned inside. Perfect! I live on the ocean but it is worth it to me to drive to Audi Coral Springs. They have a wonderful professional team. Eric Rutherford is always going above and beyond to make my Audi Service experience a pleasant one. He found out that I did not have a faulty cigarette lighter, like I thought, but the car charger I was u my Audi Service experience a pleasant one. And he even had my car washed for me ;) While I was leaving, Neil Amborsio. (AKA Mr. Technology ) and Larry Stein graciously and with much patience helped me set up voice activated hands free. Overall, a pleasant experience with Coral Springs Audi. Several colleagues of mine have purchased from this location so I decided to move forward with them. I ended up ordering my car so there was about a 6 or 7 week delay from when I put my deposit in to the car coming in. Although the wait was difficult as I am always impatient especially with cars, everything was as described when it did come up and I was in and out within an hour when picking up the car. The other reason I gave 4's on customer service and pricing is as follows. When ordering a car, Audi needs to have a better follow up as a company, where the ordering customer has access to all of the happenings of the vehicle, similar to a UPS or FedEx tracking. When you buy an expensive car, you should not have to bug your salesman all the time to get updates. Thankfully, Jeff was quick to respond with updates when asked. As far as price, I can never get a good enough price on a car :) MB More

Once we agreed to the it I moved on to finance it where the finance Manager Rance W. offered me not only a premium interest rate but also a very convenient extended warranty to have peace of mind. I am not only recommend this dealer to family and friends , I am coming back to it in my next car lease or purchase for an easy friendly experience from the test drive to signing up... My service appointment at Audi Coral Springs this past week was great, in fact, probably the best that I have had from any dealership. I was there for the 5000 mile service, and installation of mud guards week was great, in fact, probably the best that I have had from any dealership. I was there for the 5000 mile service, and installation of mud guards, on my 2013 Audi A5 Cabriolet. (I love the car.) I was promptly greeted by a young man in the service drive who called my attention to the video monitor above showing a welcoming message. Once inside, I met my service advisor, James Edmonds, who thoroughly explained the aspects of the appointment, cost, wait time, etc. I found James is very knowledgeable, and friendly, the epitome of what a customer service person should be. He showed me to the lounge where I was able to get some work done using my computer and the WiFi link. James also informed on the progress of the service so that I had an accurate idea of what to expect, time wise. When the work was completed, he went over the paperwork with me, pointing out what was done, and the charges involved, which I thought were very reasonable. James also reminded me of the next service, due at 15,000 miles. After that, the ladies behind the counter where you pay your bill, were also helpful and friendly, as we completed the process. I was also impressed by the clean condition of the car when I went to leave. It looked just as good as the ones in the showroom. Overall, a great experience that I have recommended to others. Once again, James Edmunds walked the walk and talked the talk for Kori and Rhoda Black. It was time for tires for our 2012 Audi. Mr. James as I call him), took care of everything for us.
