Great experience! I went in to drive a CPO Audi allroad, but wasn't 100% sure that is the car I wanted. Dick had lots of patience as I proceeded to also drive a Q7 and an A6. I ended up with the allroad and couldn't be happier. I am in the automotive business myself, and do business with Audi CS on a professional level. That professionalism carried right over to the car buying purchase, from Dick/sales, to Geno/manager, to Rance/finance. Nobody really likes going thru the car buying process, but this was a very easy one. I never felt pressured or that I was taking up too much of their time. This is my 3rd Audi and plan to get my next one here as well. More

Tony helped me find the SUV within my price range, since the one i had seen on their website the previous day was gone by the time i reached the dealership. Once i went on a test drive, i was sold by the excellent driving ability of Q5. Rance from finance provided all the Audi Care options and helped figure out the best package for my driving pattern. After i bought the SUV, tony helped setup my iphone, speed limit, voice activated dialing, music channels. Most of the settings are overwhelming, i am still reading their documentation. All in all, i had a pleasurable experience at Audi of Coral Springs. Thumps up to Tony and Rance. More

Started out fairly well. Julian was friendly and not overly aggressive which is a positive. Dealership arranged for car to be kept overnight for test drive and garage fitting. Julian made the deal move quickly and efficiently over phone and email. Think it helps I did not haggle. Experience went south once offer was accepted. Paperwork, financing and all other set up was supposed to be ready for me on arrival. Tony in finance was good to his word and had the big deal done in under 15 minutes. I then waited for Julian to find missing SIM cards, missing cables, search for floor mats (never found) and call Audi Connect. This took about 45 minutes. He then left to get the car which was supposed to be getting washed and detailed. I wandered the dealership for more 30 minutes waiting for him to return and when he did the car was not cleaned and there were still no floor mats and connection cords still missing. Service was backed up but they did fill it with gas in that 90 minutes. Julian promised to pick up the car from me in two days and take it back to be detailed while missing mats and cords were installed. Rain postponed the plan for couple days but when it stopped I had to chase down Julian who had moved on to another deal and did not have time to return my calls. Brenden stepped in and while not really apologetic he did send a porter to deliver temporary mats and the missing cord. The porter gentleman was friendly and arrived on time. Brenden promised to deliver mats two days later... That will be one week ago tomorrow.. Still waiting. Have not heard a peep from Julian. Review summary - There are only a few audi dealerships, this one will get you a car but the service ends once the papers are signed... More

I shopped all of the Audi Dealers in South Florida, both online and visited some in person, and Audi Coral Springs ended up having the best price on the 2014 A6.
