The dealership presents a very friendly and competent place to purchase a car and Steven Kincaid takes that even farther. He is patient, competent, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. He made the whole experience tolerable. It was my desire to spend as little time in the dealership as possible. To that end, Steven and I, with the help of the dealership, agreed on a leasing price before I came into the dealership. All I had to do was show up, sign the necessary papers, and drive off in my new car. A terrific experience all the way around!
