The trade-in was assessed in the very limited time we had and over the weekend, Michael and his team worked diligently to get us where we needed to be....in that car! The communication was stellar. We knew of every step as it happened. It was a smooth transaction, everything was ready when we came back in to sign. Michael stayed late to accommodate us and not once made us feel as if we inconvenienced his schedule. Even though we purchased a pre-owned vehicle, they gave us the new car treatment. We drove close to an hour to get there, but would have driven longer just to receive that first-class customer service. There is no feeling of the typical car salesman pitch and everything was about the customer. Anthony did a great job with keeping things moving and ensuring that we were taken care of and comfortable while we waited on paperwork, etc. This place truly puts the customer's needs and wants first and does what they can to make their wishes come true. Bernie remembered me the second I walked up to him; where I was from, and the car I bought from him eighteen months ago. I was very impressed with the fact that I had not seen him since the day I drove my car off the lot, and he knew who I was. I traded in my A4 convertible for a Q5 which serves my needs better, and Bernie was able to facilitate my driving it home that same day.I was impressed with everyone I had the pleasure of working with to secure the sale of my Q5. The tutorial I received with regard to all of the computer functions was great, and extremely easy to follow thanks to Bernie's knowledge of the Audi. Overall it was a terrific experience! More
