I live in Tampa and decided to drive 241 miles to your dealership because Brandon and Richardson did a great job in understanding my requirements and Brandon was quick enough to make the deal. He also made sure that I was in good hands since he was out of office on the day of delivery. I think that Julian Smyle is the best salesperson I have ever come across especially in the car business. Every step in the process was extra smooth because of his well-preparedness, personal attention and going above & beyond. The car was ready to go by the time we got there, he spent over an hour explaining all features and setting up things like navigation, voice commands and garage door opener. He was quick with everything and thanks to Jim (the finance person) we wrapped up the paperwork in less than 30 min. As I said in the survey, Julian called my insurance company on my behalf which was just praise-worthy despite it not being anything complicated. I attribute the great experience I had at your dealership to all these folks, especially Julian who is still in touch ensuring I am getting most out of my vehicle.
