My service gentleman was Robert, who is absolutely wonderful, and actually saved the store, because I really didn’t think I’d ever be coming back there again when I first came in, they put me with the wonderful, and actually saved the store, because I really didn’t think I’d ever be coming back there again when I first came in, they put me with the wrong sales person. I had two appointments. Don’t ask me why, I waited for probably 10 minutes and was treated rudely by the first gentleman. Finally I got with Robert, who like I said was amazing. I have a lease car and I was getting two more new tires and an oil change. In the meantime I spoke with the sales person about possibly renting/trying a Q5 for the day while my car was tied up there. I told him that I was going to either be buying or releasing , another car, probably the Q5 we just extended our lease for month-to-month so we can make our final decision. Well, the salesman that was on the floor was very dismissive very rude and could care less, but in the end, Robert was able to allow me to use the loaner Q5, so I could Experience that and compare with my Q3. Also, when I returned the car and picked up my car, there was another lady complaining about the salesman on the floor. Not sure that they were the same salesman, but she said he was very dismissive and rude to her. She wanted to see a manager , but the guy at the desk did not follow through for her and her English was not good. And then driving home I went to use my windshield wipers and realized that they did not top off my fluids or check it so all in all it was not a good experience, other than Robert, my service guy, Letting me try the loaner car. We are still on the fence about what we will do. I even told the salesman that I was really trying to make a decision between the Q4 and a BMW. He could’ve cared less! I don’t even usually take the time to do the surveys, especially to complain, but this left such a bad taste in my mouth . More
