After my previous negative review I posted 10/17/23, I was contacted by the assistant general manager. He assured me that he would get me a second key that was not given to me at time of purchase. The iss was contacted by the assistant general manager. He assured me that he would get me a second key that was not given to me at time of purchase. The issue is still not resolved and now the assistant GM is not responding to my emails. I am very disappointed in the customer service and the overall purchasing experience. I received a phone call from the GM and he provided a resolution to send me a key and reimburse me for the cost of having it programmed. Thank you for your help! More

I am kind of disappointed. I was told the vehicle had new brakes; The two front rotors are grooved badly and need to be replaced. me and my wife went up to Saint Augustine this I was told the vehicle had new brakes; The two front rotors are grooved badly and need to be replaced. me and my wife went up to Saint Augustine this weekend to visit our grandkids. I was a little disappointed again to find the ACC does not work for a car with only 54,000 miles on it. After doing some research, this could have something to do with the tires being out of line due to the rotor condition. I do love the car.
