Great Price - Great Service I live two miles from my local Audi dealer but drove 40 miles to Coconut Creek because their price was that much better. Well worth the trip. Bait and Switch I hope this does not sound familiar to anyone: For over a week, I negotiated and confirmed in writing the out the door price for a specific CPO Aud I hope this does not sound familiar to anyone: For over a week, I negotiated and confirmed in writing the out the door price for a specific CPO Audi with Larry Stein. I had sent in my DL, registration, insurance policy and their credit application. An hour before my purchase appointment at the dealership, Larry called and said he made a mistake and now the price is higher. Nothing else changed on the deal just more money. This situation is unacceptable and I felt baited and switched. To make matters much worse, Larry threatened me by saying, "We know where you are" when I mentioned I would be complaining about his mistake. Anthony Segreto heard Larry say this as well. If Larry Stein would treat a long time Audi customer (18 years) this way, how will they treat you? More
