Expensive, Expensive… I brought the car in for a standard service and ended up with an $8,000 bill. Nothing was wrong when I went in. In fact, it was $1,300 for the front brakes, $1,800 for the rear, and ano service and ended up with an $8,000 bill. Nothing was wrong when I went in. In fact, it was $1,300 for the front brakes, $1,800 for the rear, and another $1,000 for the service. Then, I get home and the next day I have a coolant system leak. Another $3,300. Makes me think you sabotaged the car. Oh, and the tire recommendation for $1,200, i did not do. More

I really was not in the market for a new car; just in to get my Audi serviced. To pass the time I inquired about a special upgrade offer I had received in an e-mail. And that's when I was introduced to Erik get my Audi serviced. To pass the time I inquired about a special upgrade offer I had received in an e-mail. And that's when I was introduced to Erika. She has a very engaging personality and is quite knowledgeable about the dealership processes and the Audi product line. I asked her a whole bunch of questions about the program and asked her to provide me information on features, pricing and general financing options for a new RS5 on the floor as compared to my Audi. Erika was attentive and focused throughout the interaction. I took home the information and we continued to communicate for the remainder of the day via email and text. The iterations ended mid-morning on the following day with a proposal that I liked and accepted. With great energy Erika guided the process through the finance department and we signed off that evening. She had everything ready for delivery the following morning. I have purchased/leased many cars in my life. This was the smoothest, the most stress-free experience I've ever had. And I attributed it all to Erika. After 40 years of buying and leasing a multitude of various luxury vehicles I felt my experience today at Audi Coral Springs made it necessary to write this review. My two Audi car leases were ending i various luxury vehicles I felt my experience today at Audi Coral Springs made it necessary to write this review. My two Audi car leases were ending in 7 weeks so I was making arrangements to follow the lease-end turn in process. My full intention was to lease my new replacement vehicles from a different car brand dealership. Then I was introduced to Erika Bartholomew, lease end specialist. What a superstar! She immediately proved to be synonymous with the true epitome of customer service in the retail car industry!! Friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, thorough, attentive and sincere are words that quickly come to mind when I mention her name. Needless to say, Erika and Team Audi Coral Springs are the reasons I ended my day at the dealership leasing two new 2024 Audi vehicles. Also, a special thanks to Taryn Pember, finance manager, for her patience while answering all my questions and making the financial portion of the lease agreements extremely painless! As a sidebar notation …..after we finalized the leases late this evening I gave Erika the business card of the salesperson from the other car brand dealership where I planned to lease my new cars and asked her to place it in the trash can near her desk. Steve was great! My car had a malfunction and had to be towed in. Communication was great throughout.
