I really don’t know where to start. I had come Into the dealership with an idea of the car I wanted. It was completely out of my price range so I asked my sales rep, Erika, if there was anything more in my dealership with an idea of the car I wanted. It was completely out of my price range so I asked my sales rep, Erika, if there was anything more in my budget. She looked and saw this nice Audi A4, 2015 with 17,000 miles. To me that was a steal! I was very indecisive but she was not pushy at all. On the contrary, she made sure I got the very best service and that she actually helped me. There were a few things on the car that needed to be fixed but it was fixed by the time I went to sign the official documents! Christian, the sales manager has been the nicest guy ever! Super caring and it shows that he genuinely wants to provide the best customer service possible. This is my second car & I couldn’t have been more impressed with the service I got and continue to get! Thank you Both and to all that made this experience amazing! I’ll refer all my potential buyers to you guys. Worth more than 5 stars. More

Also he was extremely patient (we test rode 5 vehicles before I made my final decision), and I never felt pressured or rushed. Anthony was always very friendly and nice during this tedious process, and was able to get me a good deal on my new Q7 and took my previous vehicle with 3 months remaining in my lease. I highly recommend Audi Coral Springs, and specifically Anthony Segreto, without hesitation. Al Urena was also great in the finance department. Thanks!!! More

So after running the numbers he was able to get me out of the Q5 and into an S5. loved the car, and ended up signing the lease. No money exchanges. This is my 4th Audi, 3 from your dealership and one from a dealer in Va Beach, Va. On a scale of 1-10 10 being good your overall satisfaction with me has always been a 12.Anthony’s exceptional customer service along woth my service advisor Gion Carlos, has exceeded my expectations on every occasion.
