Parts for Audi Q5 I am not impressed with Audi's service. My car was in an accident a month ago and 1) they do not have a body shop on the premises, 2) you have to get I am not impressed with Audi's service. It takes FOREVER to get the parts in. When you call the parts department NO ONE answers the phone. This shows lack of service and they do not have an adequate supply of parts on hand,. You are going to lose my business!! More

Great buying experience Called dealership looking for a specific vehicle. Spoke with Ginger Philips who confirmed vehicle was on their lot. Appointment was set for the foll Called dealership looking for a specific vehicle. Spoke with Ginger Philips who confirmed vehicle was on their lot. Appointment was set for the following day to view vehicle as well as having my trade appraised. When I arrived at dealership I met with Ginger Philips and Nick Paserba. Nick handled the viewing of the new vehicle as well as my trade appraisal. After a little negotiation a deal was reached. I purchased the vehicle and drove it off the lot two hours later. I was so impressed that I recommended my daughter and her husband purchase a vehicle from them as well. I purchased mine on Wednesday, my daughter and her husband went on Saturday to view a vehicle. Again, Nick handled the entire process flawlessly and they drove their new vehicle off the lot in two hours as well.
