I really don’t know where to start. I had come Into the dealership with an idea of the car I wanted. It was completely out of my price range so I asked my sales rep, Erika, if there was anything more in my dealership with an idea of the car I wanted. It was completely out of my price range so I asked my sales rep, Erika, if there was anything more in my budget. She looked and saw this nice Audi A4, 2015 with 17,000 miles. To me that was a steal! I was very indecisive but she was not pushy at all. On the contrary, she made sure I got the very best service and that she actually helped me. There were a few things on the car that needed to be fixed but it was fixed by the time I went to sign the official documents! Christian, the sales manager has been the nicest guy ever! Super caring and it shows that he genuinely wants to provide the best customer service possible. This is my second car & I couldn’t have been more impressed with the service I got and continue to get! Thank you Both and to all that made this experience amazing! Appointment was set for the following day to view vehicle as well as having my trade appraised. When I arrived at dealership I met with Ginger Philips and Nick Paserba. Nick handled the viewing of the new vehicle as well as my trade appraisal. After a little negotiation a deal was reached. I purchased the vehicle and drove it off the lot two hours later. I was so impressed that I recommended my daughter and her husband purchase a vehicle from them as well. I purchased mine on Wednesday, my daughter and her husband went on Saturday to view a vehicle. Again, Nick handled the entire process flawlessly and they drove their new vehicle off the lot in two hours as well. I would highly recommend Audi Coral Springs but especially Nick Paserba and Ginger Philips. Great dealership and great people. More

Also he was extremely patient (we test rode 5 vehicles before I made my final decision), and I never felt pressured or rushed. Anthony was always very friendly and nice during this tedious process, and was able to get me a good deal on my new Q7 and took my previous vehicle with 3 months remaining in my lease.
